Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping at Fealis. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Once processing begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping times start after the order has been processed and dispatched.
2. Shipping Times

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
These estimates start from the day your order ships, not the day it was placed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or high-volume seasons are outside our control, and we appreciate your patience when they happen.
3. Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't see updates right away, give it 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan the package into their system.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Sales tax may apply depending on your location.
U.S. orders may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or government fees. International orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees. These charges are not included in the order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment, though additional shipping costs may apply.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first — most packages turn up within a day or two.
If a package hasn't been scanned for 10 or more days while in transit, contact us and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Once a package is marked "delivered," Fealis isn't responsible for theft from the delivery location. For high-value orders, we recommend shipping to a secure address.
