Once an order is placed, it enters processing within 1–3 business days.

After an order has been processed or prepared for shipment, we are unable to modify or cancel it, including changes to the shipping address or email.

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only assist if the order has not yet entered processing.
